As an athlete training up to 12 times a week you always keep an ear to the ground for any new products that may help performance. However, I am very cynical of new revolutionary products that can change the way you train and perform. But, I tried Herbalife and haven’t looked back. Structuring my nutrition around the Herbalife products couldn’t have been easier and they are easy to use and fit into a hectic schedule.
I have found in my training that I am training harder and more consistently than before. I am lifting heavier weights but doing more reps, my times and tests on the rowing machine are getting faster but more importantly being consistent and training on the water is much quicker and I am now able to push myself harder than before. But for the most important thing…racing. At the last Head Race in my single scull not only was I the fastest sculler in my status but the fastest sculler of the whole event! This stuff really works.
