Body Building
For eight months I had been working hard in the gym trying to gain as much weight as possible for my first bodybuilding competitions, managing to get to 89kg with 19% body fat. However when I started my diet programme to reduce my overall body fat I was finding things really tuff. Not managing to lose, consistent amount of fat.

Just before training I have found using the raw guarana and herbal beverage to be excellent in keeping my mind focused and energy levels high, maintaining intense workouts.
Now weighing in at 73kg with 5.5% body fat and only 1 week until my contest I don’t think I would have managed it with out the help and support of my wellenss Coach and Herbalife products.
