Body Building
For eight months I had been working hard in the gym trying to gain as much weight as possible for my first bodybuilding competitions, managing to get to 89kg with 19% body fat. However when I started my diet programme to reduce my overall body fat I was finding things really tuff. Not managing to lose, consistent amount of fat.
I started using the Herbalife products that my Wellness Coach recommended, and within the first week I had dropped 1.3kg and lost 1.5% body fat.
Before Herbalife I struggled a lot with cravings, tiredness (which was effecting my training) and digestive issues. Using the meal replacement to keep my protein levels elevated in between main meals and protein drink mix for after strenuous training. Donna really helped with keeping my well-being of up most importance. With the multivitamin, schizandra, rose ox and fibre bond this maintained my energy levels and helped with digestion. Just before training I have found using the raw guarana and herbal beverage to be excellent in keeping my mind focused and energy levels high, maintaining intense workouts.
Now weighing in at 73kg with 5.5% body fat and only 1 week until my contest I don’t think I would have managed it with out the help and support of my wellenss Coach and Herbalife products.
